Shipping Policy
We want your artwork to reach you safely and with full care. Below are the details of our production and shipping process.
Production Time
All our paintings are handmade, and the time required depends on the style and complexity of the work.
- For most paintings with normal difficulty, the creation time is around 30 days.
- Some simpler works may be completed in as little as 7 to 10 days.
- Complex or highly detailed pieces may take longer.
Please note: If you’re ordering a new painting to be created, we request that only those who are comfortable waiting for the full process place the order. Each painting is made with care and patience.
Delivery Time
Once the painting is ready, delivery timelines are as follows:
- Within India: 5 to 7 working days
- International Shipping: 10 to 15 working days (varies by destination)
Estimated total time (for new paintings):
- Domestic Orders: 30 (painting) + 5 (shipping) = 35 days
- International Orders: 30 (painting) + 15 (shipping) = 45 days
Shipping Charges
We offer Free Shipping within India on all orders.
There are no extra shipping charges added at checkout for deliveries within India. The price you see on the product page is the final amount you pay.
For international orders, shipping charges will be calculated separately based on the delivery location and painting size. You will be informed of the exact cost before the order is processed.
Packaging & Tracking
All artworks are packed securely using protective materials to avoid damage during transit. We will share a tracking link with you by email or WhatsApp once your order is shipped.
