Refund Policy

We take great care in packaging and delivering original artworks. Each piece is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we are here to help.

Returns and Refunds

We accept return requests in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong artwork
  • The painting was damaged during delivery

To be eligible for a return, please make sure:

  • You contact us within 3 days of receiving the painting
  • The artwork is in its original condition, unused and unframed
  • You provide clear photos of the damage or incorrect item

Once your return is approved, we will arrange for pickup and issue a full refund or replacement, based on your preference.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

  • If you simply do not like the painting after delivery
  • If the return request is made after 3 days of delivery
  • If the painting is damaged after delivery due to mishandling or improper framing

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5 to 7 working days. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
