About the Founders
This platform began for two reasons. A close friend, a skilled artist, lost his job as a painting teacher due to budget cuts. Around the same time, many of my friends who are artists struggled during the pandemic. I started buying their paintings to help, but I needed to find a way to make it sustainable.
I also wanted to give the remotest villages of India a chance to have their creativity seen in the most modern spaces around the world. With that vision, this platform was created to help village artists share their work and reach people everywhere.
